These terms govern bookings and purchases made directly through Casa Baños de la Villa and the booking or purchasing systems accessible from this website. Services may include accommodation, Arab bath sessions, massages, gift vouchers, experiences and additional services. Each service is subject to availability and the specific terms shown before purchase is completed. Bookings made through travel agencies, booking platforms or other external intermediaries are also subject to the terms accepted on the channel through which the booking was made.
3. Prices and taxes
Applicable prices are those shown during booking or purchase. Before paying, users can see the total price for their chosen service, including applicable taxes and any contracted extras or additional services. Prices and promotions may vary according to dates, availability, service type or selected rate. Once a booking is concluded, the price confirmed for that transaction applies.
4. Booking and confirmation process
To book, users must select the relevant service, provide the requested information and complete the process indicated by the booking system. Before confirming, they can check essential information about the service, dates, guest numbers, price and applicable terms. A booking is concluded once the process is successfully completed and the customer receives confirmation. Users must check that the confirmation details are correct and notify Casa Baños de la Villa as soon as possible of any errors.
5. Payment methods
Payment is made using the methods available and displayed during purchase. Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Before confirming payment, customers can see the total amount to be charged and the terms for their chosen service or rate. Casa Baños de la Villa does not store complete payment card details.
6. Accommodation cancellations and changes
As a general rule at Casa Baños de la Villa, accommodation cancellations or changes incur the following charges: two days before arrival, 25% of the total booking amount; one day before arrival, 50%; on the arrival date, 100%; no-show, 100%. Where a rate, promotion or offer expressly provides different specific terms, the terms shown to and accepted by the customer before concluding the booking take precedence. Changes are always subject to availability.
7. Arab bath and massage cancellations and changes
Cancellations or changes for Arab baths, massages and associated services must be communicated at least 48 hours before the booked time. For cancellations or changes communicated less than 48 hours beforehand, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited. Changes are subject to availability.
8. Returns and refunds
Where these terms or the specific booking terms entitle the customer to a full or partial refund, it will, wherever technically possible, be made using the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on their bank or payment service provider. No refund is due where the cancellation penalty equals the full booking amount or where the specific terms expressly accepted by the customer make the service non-refundable.
9. Third-party bookings
For bookings made through Booking.com, Expedia, a travel agency or another platform or intermediary, changes, cancellations and refund requests must follow that channel's terms and procedures. Casa Baños de la Villa will apply the terms corresponding to the booking received through that intermediary.
10. Check-in and check-out
General times: check-in from 14:00; check-out by 12:00. Customers arriving outside normal reception hours must notify the establishment in advance to receive the relevant instructions.
11. Arab baths and wellbeing services
Arab baths, massages and other wellbeing services require advance booking and are subject to availability. Customers must observe their booked times and the establishment's rules. Specific terms, duration and content for each service are displayed during booking or in the relevant product information.
12. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to the specific terms stated at purchase, including the services covered, validity period, availability and redemption procedure. Advance booking may be required. Unless another method is expressly stated, vouchers and related confirmations are supplied electronically.
13. Experiences
Experiences offered by Casa Baños de la Villa may combine services provided by the establishment and third parties. Requests for information through WhatsApp, forms or other contact methods do not themselves constitute confirmed bookings. Purchase is subject to availability and confirmation of the services in each proposal. Content, price and applicable terms will be communicated before the booking is concluded.
14. Delivery and shipping
The main products sold through this website are accommodation, wellbeing services and experiences, which do not require physical shipping. Booking confirmations, vouchers and other purchase documents are supplied electronically unless another method is expressly stated. Accordingly, no shipping charges apply unless expressly indicated during purchase.
15. Right of withdrawal
Under applicable consumer law, the general right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to accommodation services for purposes other than residential use or to certain leisure-related services where the contract specifies a date or period of performance. Bookings for specific dates are therefore subject to the change and cancellation terms communicated to and accepted by the customer before concluding the contract.
16. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate, up-to-date information during purchase. They must also comply with the establishment's rules and use its facilities and contracted services appropriately. Damage caused by negligent use or use contrary to the rules may give rise to liability as provided by law.
